How to care for your extensions
Shampooing
Try not to wash your extensions more than twice per week as over washing will cause them to dry out. In between shampoos, you can use a dry shampoo to refresh your hair and scalp.
Swimming with extensions
Can you swim with extensions? Absolutely, but extra care is a must to maintain their health. Before swimming, saturate your hair with bottled water or water from the shower and coat with a leave in conditioner to prevent it from soaking up salt, minerals and chlorine.
Heat styling
Blow dryers, curling irons and flat irons are a necessity, but heat should never exceed 340 degrees.
Steps to success
- Brush before bed and before washing to make sure the extensions don’t get tangled and matted. Brush them often.
- Do not use a brush on wet hair as it can damage the hair follicles. Use a wide tooth comb instead.
- Use sulfate free shampoos. Sulfates strip hair of natural oils. There is no direct supply of nutrients from your scalp to the hair extensions, so it is vital that you use sulfate free products to avoid drying the hair out.
- Wash your hair gently in a downward motion. Do not vigorously scrub the hair, because it will cause damage to the hair cuticle.
- Make sure to use serums or leave in conditioners while damp and before blow drying, but avoid these products in the scalp area and where the extensions attach.

Cancellation policy
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call the salon as soon as possible. Please do not reply to our automated text messages and emails, as we will not receive the reply. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a $25 cancellation fee or up to 50% of your service total if we have a significant amount of time scheduled for you. Clients that no call, no show their appointments will be charged full value of their service.
Redo policy
We understand that sometimes once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days, that you may find some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make minor adjustments that align with your original consultation within 7 days of the original service date. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are made more than 7 days after the original appointment date will require full payment. We do not provide refunds on services.
Group appointments
Due to limited space in the studio, we kindly request that only those that have an appointment be present for their service.
