We are a Redken salon and knowledge of Redken products and color is a plus however we will train on various Redken techniques if needed.
Stylists should be knowledgeable in all current techniques such as balayage and other trending colors, haircuts (both men and women) and current trends. All certifications such as extensions etc, should be noted on your resume.
We do things differently
- No overhead.
- No back bar fees.
- No insurance costs.
- No credit card fees.
We will not micromanage your clientele
In fact, you will maintain complete control of your book and we will always help you grow.
Working at Anthony J. Hair Studio vs having a Salon Suite
The thought of running your own salon suite can be appealing but don’t let them fool you. No business gets to keep 100% of profits. It’s just not realistic. Every business has overhead; aka, rent, product cost, accounting, etc.
What we offer:
- We cover 30% of your education costs.
- Paid sick time.
- Never worry about being low on color and product; we are always fully stocked and restock weekly
- Come and go as you please. Choose the days and hours that work for your schedule.
